Sobre Georgia
I am a student in Pamplona and I have 9+ of childcare experience and within the last year, I gave private classes to younger kids from kindergarten to primary school. I have worked with all ages of kids in the USA so I have lots of experience with kids and since moving to Spain I have found a passion for teaching younger children and helping them improve their English through creative activities, conversation, comprehension, and reading.

In the last year of giving classes, I like to design the class based on the learning needs of each child and from there adapt classes that would suit their needs.
For the kindergarten kids ages 2.5- 5, we mostly focused on vocabulary and learning new vocabulary through play and song. I noticed that with younger children they pick up very quickly the basic vocabulary and from there they are able to have more conversations, understand more which will help them have a stronger base in the future.
For older children 6-10 I like to create my own fun activities that incorporate a mixture of vocabulary and grammar, and normally I like to have them teach me about something that they really enjoy and do in, however they would explain in English to their best ability. They would explain it to me and we would have a small conversation about it to build their confidence with speaking, and as for reading, depending on their level we would either practice their writing and create their own story, or we would read one together or they would read a book to me practicing their pronunciation.
For each child, I try to pay attention to how they like to learn and adapt the lesson completely to them. Some kids work better through workbooks and some prefer to have the material adapted to them. The goal is for them to improve and feel confident while doing it at a pace that is perfect for them.
