Sobre Stacy
I am a new ESL teacher with a love for Spain. As a former United States Air Force member who was stationed at Morón Air Base for over a year, I have a personal and cultural connection to the Utrera area that I hold dear. My recent completion of a 120-hour TEFL certification, combined with a professional background in leadership, instruction, and security, positions me to make a meaningful impact in the classroom—even as I begin my formal teaching journey. Throughout my military career, I took on numerous teaching and mentorship roles, including training Airmen in the fundamentals of the Security Forces career field. These experiences required the ability to communicate complex material clearly and adapt my approach to diverse learning styles—skills that translate directly to ESL instruction. My time spent working alongside international teams has also nurtured a strong appreciation for language, culture, and communication. I am eager to bring my discipline, enthusiasm, and dedication to education into a new context, helping students not only learn English but also gain confidence and motivation. Spain holds a special place in my heart, and I am excited at the prospect of giving back to the community by supporting its learners. Thank you for considering my application.
