1- INICIAN CON UNA ENTRADA EN CALOR, MOVILIDAD ARTICULAR Y SECUENCIAS DINÁMICAS PARA PREPARAR EL CUERPO.
2- A CONTINUACION REALIZAMOS EJERCICIOS DE TRABAJO DE FUERZA EN EL POLE, PARA IR GANANDO RESISTENCIA Y CONFIANZA.
3- ENTRENAMIENTO DE POLE, APRENDIENDO FIGURAS Y COMBOS. ENTENDIENDO LA METODOLOGIA PARA REALIZAR CADA MOVIMIENTO.
4- VUELTA A LA CALMA MEDIANTE LA ELONGACIÓN DE LOS MUSCULOS TRABAJADOS.
