Being passionate about food and eating out I have seen a lot of situations which provided material for my course. Some were pretty funny, some were pretty bad... but all were avoidable!

The idea is that at the end of the course you feel more relaxed in your job, smile more, get better tips and the restaurant gets better reviews!

Here is what I teach in my course:

- ways to address people (different ages, different backgrounds)
- ways to make (and not to make) small talk
- all common MISCONCEPTIONS and MISUNDERSTANDINGS
- names of all parts of crockery, cutlery, glassware and any other tableware
- names of all dishes and ingredients in your menu
- crash course on dietary choices based on allergies, religious restrictions etc
- explaining cooking methods
- addressing complaints with grace

Depending on the number of participants and the number of classes necessary, I adapt my course flexibly to deliver the best results for the best price.

The base is a 3-hour Power-Point assisted course at the price of just 100 EUR, REGALRDLESS of the number of participants (so it´s very cost efficient if you share with more colleagues or have your whole staff tutored at the same time).

Depending on the needs, more hours and/ or more advanced contents can be added at a flexible fee.
