Sobre Mariana
My name is Mariana Sandoval Pérez, and I’m successfully starting my 4th year at the best University in Mexico, Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Querétaro. I’m studying Communication and Mass Media with a specialization in Transmedia Industries. I have the honor to have the Leadership Scholarship and be part of the High Academic Performance Program. While studying, I have been embracing different skills I’m passionate about, such as Musical Theatre Representative and Dance Representative. Since I began University, I have done my professional internships in The International Program Office in my school, which I’m very proud of due to the fact I can help more than 250 International students every semester to study abroad and get to know one of the best countries in the world, Mexico. Also, I have done my Social Service in IAT “Inclúyeme y aprendamos todos” (Include me and let’s learn together), a Mexican non-profit organization created in university we give Internships to people with disabilities within University. I’m the Educational Workshops and the Logistics coordinator, and it is something I’m thrilled to be involved in. I can’t forget to mention the 3 Students Groups I’m part of; HiTec, the organizer of the welcoming event in University for more than 1,000 students every semester. We Radio, the Official radio at University and Ami, “Amigos Internacionales Mexicanos,” which is a group that looks for embracing friendship between Mexicans and International students. At the moment, I’m the Social Media Coordinator in Medical Tourism Corporation, American based company. However, I’m striving to look for another job that challenges me to give my very best effort and allow me to learn and be more in touch with people, which I’m passionate about.
