Sobre Kirsty
I am an experienced, friendly primary school teacher who is passionate about making learning enjoyable and engaging for every child.
Currently teaching at a British International School, I offer personalised support with English and Maths, whether your child needs help with homework, extra practice, or general academic support to build confidence and make strong progress.
With over 10 years of teaching experience in primary schools across the UK and Spain, I have worked with children aged 4-11 and have a strong understanding of the British curriculum. I am also happy to support children attending Spanish schools who would like to improve their English language skills, helping them develop confidence in speaking, reading, and writing.
My aim is to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where children feel motivated, supported, and able to reach their full potential.

Offer one-to-one English and Maths tuition for primary school children, tailored to each child's individual needs and learning style. Whether your child needs extra support to build confidence, wants to strengthen their understanding of key concepts, or is looking for additional challenge, lessons are designed to be engaging, enjoyable, and effective.
I can also provide homework support, helping children understand their schoolwork, develop good study habits, and complete tasks with confidence. My lessons focus on building strong foundations while making learning a positive experience.
Sessions are personalised to suit your child's goals and can include:
English support, including reading, writing, spelling, grammar, comprehension, and phonics.
Maths support, covering number, calculation, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Homework help and reinforcement of classroom learning.
Preparation for school assessments where appropriate.
As an experienced primary teacher, I use a variety of interactive activities and teaching strategies to keep children motivated and help them make meaningful progress while enjoying their learning.
