My methodology depends on students age,background knowledge, qualification, requirement,aims and goals. I prefer to have an interview with students to become more familiar about their perspectives and expectations of learning the language. As I have an approach which is unique to individual requirements even when I teach a large class I take time to understand the students' individual requirements.
With my long years of experience I tought thousands of students of different ages and different needs. I mainly was asked to teach grammar as it was top requirement at the time. Language and slowly other aspects like speaking, writing, listening, reading comprehension etc have been my teaching practice.
