Sobre Olivia
Hi, I’m Olivia, a holistic yoga teacher based in Marbella.
With over 1,000 hours of yoga teacher training in India and years of personal practice and teaching experience, my approach is rooted in traditional Hatha Yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and meditation.
My classes are personalised to your body, your experience and what you need on the day.
I teach in English and Spanish, both online and in person around Marbella and Puerto Banús.
My intention is not to push you into a shape, but to help you understand your body, your breath and your practice.
Alongside yoga, I am also a Marma Therapist and Reiki Master, offering complementary holistic healing sessions for those who would like to explore a deeper approach to wellbeing. These sessions can be booked separately from yoga.

My classes are a space to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself. I teach holistic Hatha yoga, combining mindful movement, breathwork and meditation. Each class is adapted to your individual needs and experience, whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice. My aim is for you to leave feeling stronger, calmer and more connected.
