• I observe the students and document their progress to plan further learning and to evaluate and assess their development while providing meaningful and constructive, honest and regular feedback to students about their learning and progress. I can engage students in learning by using a variety of contemporary teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs by creating dedicated learning centers for creative and innovative thinking.

Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including teaching all grades. I also have experience teaching IELTS and using many digital tools in the classroom.
