Hello, my name is Jo Bowker and I live in Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands, I'm from Manchester, England.
I am a passionate and empathetic native English teacher with 15 years of experience in teaching adults and children of different ages and levels, I am dedicated with my students progress and I encourage my students to build and cultivate their skills and seeing them achieve their goals is a huge motivation for me. I focus on the confidence of my students ,tailor making my classes to suit their individual needs.

Communication is key! From the start, we can work together on the agreed objectives and help my students reach their full potential and build their confidence.
My teaching approach is easy going, friendly, flexible and focused to suit each students individual needs creating an inspiring and relaxed enviroment.
I like my students to have fun and enjoy learning a new language.
I urge my students to not only learn the English language but also to immerse themselves in the culture, to ask questions and be inquisitive!
My biggest reward is to see my students grow with their confidence and English level whether it's for their occupation, education or personal purposes.
