Sobre Elle-Marie
I have practiced Yoga for 3 years and saw the transformation in my mind and life by using Yogic practices.
I received my 200 Hour Multi Style (Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Aeriel - but I prefer to focus and teach only in a few of these) Yoga Certificate in April 2017. From there I went back to Canada and taught Yin classes as well as some more therapeutic and restorative sessions one-on-one which is when I realised I really enjoyed helping people through Yoga. It is different teaching on-on-one and I prefer it. I like to be able to get to know my students and be able to help with individuals needs. This is why I decided to take a 100 Hour Yoga Therapy course. I have recently been certified in Iznate, Spain and now would love to use all my knowledge to help people while I am in Granada.
When I have worked with students back in Canada, they have said they feel much more relaxed, are in a better state of mind and it is easier for them to remain positive on a day-to-day basis. I like to stay involved and keep in touch with all my students and make sure they are happy with progress :)

My name is Elle-Marie, I am a 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist from Canada and currently in Spain.
My goal in life is to help as many people as I can through the wonderful holistic and traditional practices of Yoga. I believe that health is wealth, and through Yoga we can achieve an over all healthy lifestyle and better way to live every day.
Whether you are looking to get in better shape physically, or gain a more positive mindset - I can help you with Yoga practices that will cater to your specific needs.
Yoga Therapy and Yoga classes can be tailored to any level, whether you are young, old, fit, have physical limitations or health issues;
I use a combination of Asanas (Physical yoga postures), Mudras (Hand gestures), Marma point therapy, Mantras, and Meditation depending on what YOU need.
I will always give you a professional opinion and suggestions, but you have a choice in what feels right for your needs and body too - Allow me to help teach you how to incorporate Yogic practices into your life so you can thrive and feel great about YOU :)

I offer a free first class consultation for Yoga Therapy clients.
Please contact me to discuss further details. Prices listed are based on mostly one-to-one classes and I would like to work in sessions with an individual who needs Yoga Therapy as this is not a one-class fix. Preferable to have 8+ more classes.
If you are looking for group classes this is a good way to split hourly rates as well and can be cheap and fun activity between friends :)
I can also teach in your home if that is preferable!
