I have been teaching English and doing translations, academic and non-academic, for ten years. I am fluent in Spanish and am very good at noticing when people make choices based on Spanish.
Hace diez años que estoy enseñando inglés y haciendo traducciones. Puedo hablar sin ningun problema, y estoy acostombrado corregir errores ambos de gramática y de fonética que suelen aparecer con hispanohablantes!

My name is Matthew and I have been working in ESL since the beginning of 2012. My teaching has been in Latin America, specifically Argentina. I like to go over compositions in my classes and ask that the student has time to write outside of class. I also ask the student to make time for grammar activities away from class. I also teach pronunciation practice and love to talk in general.
Soy Matthew y desde los principios de 2012 que estoy trabajando con la enseñanza del inglés. La experiencia mía de docente ha sido totalmente con hispanohablantes en Latinoamerica. Las clases se han pasado en una variedad de aulas y con alumnos distintos de ambos edad y nivel. Suelo enseñar con un programa de composiciones, la gramática, la fonética y de conversación.
