Juan is a brilliant tennis coach. He gave me a lesson while we were on holiday and it was a great help. As I have only just started playing tennis I struggled with a lot of shots, especially the backhand! However, after just a few hours with Juan I was able to get to grips with the swing motion, where to hit the ball and most importantly my footwork. I would highly recommend him as a coach. His ability to recognise where you are going wrong and then adjust your position/movement is very helpful. This, combined with the fact that he is a lovely and supportive person, makes him a perfect teacher for a sport like tennis.

When I started playing tennis, after having stopped for 40 years, I took lessons from Juan. He taught me the right grip and the right stroke. Juan knows the finest details of a grip, swing, volley, backhand, forehand, dropshot, etc. and he is excellent in explaining them. The lessons are very nice because Juan is persistent in teaching me the right knowledge and he is very patient with me. I not only benefit a lot from the tennis lessons but it is also a great way to spend time and to be active. I, René, recommend everyone to take lessons from Juan.

I met Juan at a tennis club in Arguineguín, and after a short chat, he mentioned that he is a tennis coach. I had been looking for a coach for a while, and after watching him coach others and play, it felt like a sign. I gave it a try—he was super patient, figured me out quickly, and his tips were very useful. I’m still working on them, but I definitely feel a lot stronger on the court. Super recommended 10/10.
