Sobre Arthur
Passionate multi-discipline athletic coach with over 25 years of experience in combat sports and physical conditioning. I trained and competed in Eastern Europe, Latvia, former Latvian regional finalist and champion.
Over the years, I have specialized in professional boxing strike mechanics, advanced focus mitt pad work, and functional combat conditioning. My mission is to deliver structured, high-value 1-on-1 coaching tailored specifically to your goals—whether building real technical striking skill, mastering punch and kick combinations, or achieving peak physical fitness. All sessions are conducted entirely in English.

What We Cover in Training:
• Striking Fundamentals: Proper stance, guard mechanics, jab-cross technique, kicks, and flowing combinations.
• Pad Work & Conditioning: High-energy cardio, heavy mitt focus, and explosive power output.
• Footwork & Defense: Distance control, head movement, angles, and counter-striking.
• Tailored Programs: Customized sessions based on your personal objectives—whether pure fitness, stress relief, or technical striking without hard contact.
Every 60-minute session provides 1-on-1 coaching built around high-level boxing strike mechanics and technical precision. We begin with a dynamic 10-minute warm-up, joint mobilization, and shadowboxing drills. The core of the workout focuses on professional-level punch mechanics, leverage, hip rotation, guard positioning, head movement, and footwork. You will experience high-intensity focus mitt and pad work designed to sharpen timing, distance control, defensive counters, and explosive punch combinations while maximizing cardiovascular conditioning. Sessions finish with core conditioning and stretching. Coaching is 100% structured, safe, progressive, and conducted entirely in English for all fitness and skill levels.
