Hola y bienvenidos!
Mi nombre es Ten y soy instructora de yoga certificada y profesora de inglés con experiencia. Originaria de Estados Unidos, he seguido mis sueños y pasiones por todo el mundo y actualmente resido en Sayulita, México. Sayulita ha estado en mi corazón durante muchos años y me siento feliz de llamarla mi hogar.
Con una maestría en Educación, la enseñanza ha sido una parte fundamental de mi vida. Durante más de 20 años, he tenido el privilegio de practicar yoga y, durante los últimos 5 años, he compartido mi pasión enseñando a otros. También he enseñado inglés a una amplia gama de estudiantes, tanto en Estados Unidos como a nivel internacional.
Mi objetivo es crear un ambiente acogedor y de apoyo donde puedas aprender y crecer. Ya sea que busques fortalecerte y encontrar paz en la esterilla de yoga o ganar confianza al hablar inglés, estoy aquí para guiarte. Cuando no estoy enseñando, me dedico a crear malas, lo cual alimenta mi alma creativa.

My name is Ten, and I'm a certified yoga instructor and experienced English language teacher. Originally from the United States, I’ve followed my dreams and passions to many places around the globe, and I am currently settled in Sayulita, Mexico. Sayulita has been in my heart for many years and I am happy to call it home.
With a Master's degree in Education, teaching has been a central part of my life. For over 20 years, I've had the privilege of practicing yoga, and for the last 5 years, I've been sharing my passion by teaching others. I've also taught English to a wide range of students, both in the USA and internationally.
My goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment where you can learn and grow. Whether you're looking to build strength and find peace on the yoga mat or gain confidence in your English speaking skills, I'm here to guide you. When I am not teaching, you can find me crafting malas, which feeds my creative soul.
