Sobre Grace
I am a qualified yoga teacher as well as an English teacher for children. My experience teaching children English as a second language has given me the idea to teach English through yoga, by bringing the language to life and making it as fun as possible. I also teach yoga to adults and younger people, with most my experience teaching in University where I would concentrate on eliminating stress and focus on the moment.

My method is simply to bring a class to life with light, love and laughter. I tell a story in English to the children so that they can participate and play in a way that will make them remember vocabulary as well as be themselves and be relaxed.
