Sobre Betty
Having received my Bachelor's Degree I spent more than 10 years working in the tourist sector - as a guide and head receptionist mainly - It was helping a friend with a very full agenda when I discovered, almost accidentally, that my real passion was teaching, and that's exactly what I've been doing the last 7 years, teaching English and Spanish online and in-person to learners at all levels and ages. As I have studied languages myself for many years - French at university and also Russian, and Dutch - I know exactly what the challenges (and rewards!) of learning a language are like. My approach to teaching is Communicative - I believe a great relationship between Teacher and Student is the key to a positive learning environment. As a teacher I also try to ensure that all of my lessons are designed to meet the needs and interests of my students. This is why in my lessons, I engage my students in real information and interesting topics that will give them the motivation speak and to dedicate their spare time to study.
