From a young age, my passion for sports has been diverse, ranging from judo, muay thai, street workout, bodybuilding, to soccer, basketball, ping-pong, volleyball, and beyond. Now, I'm here to share the wealth of skills and expertise I've gathered over the years to help you achieve your fitness goals.
