Sobre Sabrina
Namaste! My name is Sabri , I am Argentinian but I speak and teach Yoga in English. I was traveling and teaching Yoga around the World in the last 3 years.
I trained as a teacher in Buenos Aires and I did advanced trainings in Bali-Indonesia, India and Nepal all certificated by Yoga Alliance India.
I am also a Floral Therapist and I work with aromatherapy, using natural essential oils in my classes for greater benefits and relaxation of the nervous system.
Breathing, meditation and asana techniques will be our allied tools to find calm and be completely present in the moment. We will use Tibetan bowls in practice to harmonize our energy, further relieving the mind that sometimes can't stop thinking.

Everything I share I practice it before so I know that its effects and benefits are more than effective. It does me good to share what healed and harmonized me and I want to give you these tools so that you too can recover your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

In the state of Yoga is where you can really slow down and listen to your heart and I want to lead you on this path.
I love sharing what healed and harmonized me and I want to give you these tools so that you too can recover your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Some of the benefits of the classes are:
Promotes and develops deep rest.
Elevates vital energy and enthusiasm in life.
Relief of tensions and contractures.
Tones muscles and provides flexibility in body and mind ;).
Strengthens the immune system.
Reduces and relieves symptoms of stress.
Improves concentration and connection with the state of presence.
Provides mental and emotional balance.
*Style Classes: Hata , Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Meditation, BreathingTechniques. In addition to the sequence of postures, I include breathing techniques, we will meditate with the use of Tibetan bowls, and also we will learn mantras and philosophical concepts of yoga so that you can take the practice of yoga outside of Yoga Matt, acquiring a different look at life, and changing automated habits to presence and awareness.
*IMPORTANT: The styles and intensity of the classes are adapted to your needs. YOGA IS FOR ALL, doesn´t matter flexibility or experience you only need your dessire of feel better and be ready to enjoy the practice.
* If you have never practiced yoga, you will learn yoga from foundations. We will create a Comprehensive and Personalized Program so that you feel accompanied and motivated in learning.
*If you have an intermediate-advanced practice, we will continue to go deeper so that you can access greater levels of benefits from the practice.
*I offer classes in both SPANISH and ENGLISH.

Hermosas clases! Además del conocimiento Sabri transmite una paz y una luz que hace que sus clases sean especiales. Ir a sus prácticas es para mi, una vitamina necesaria en la semana. Gracias️
