Hi there! Thanks for your interest in improving your English. I'm Lina, a qualified high school teacher from Germany with a background in foreign language education. This is my second time in Chile – I’ve completed two internships at local schools here in Santiago, and I’m currently finishing my master’s degree to become a high school teacher for English and Spanish in Germany. I’ve been teaching language classes since I was 16 in German, English, French and Spanish – as you can see, I’m truly passionate about languages. For the past year and a half, I’ve been teaching digital language classes in German and English to Chileans and I’ve enjoyed it so much that I haven’t stopped since!

What do you have to know? The lessons are held online via Zoom in 60-minute sessions. Before we start, you'll define your current level of English and set your personal goal. Based on your interests, learning style and individual needs, we’ll create a personalized study plan together. In our first lesson, I’ll assess your level (A1-C2) and get an idea of how you learn best. We’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses and define clear steps to help you reach your goal. Who are the lessons for? - For children and adolescents (beginner, intermediate, advanced) - For adults (beginner, intermediate, advanced) What kind of lessons do I offer? - You can learn English from the ground up - You can generally improve your level of English (speaking, pronunciation, writing, grammar, vocabulary, etc.) - You can prepare for school exams - You can prepare for standardized English tests I look forward to getting to know you! Excelente profesora. Sus clases son muy entretenidas y adecuadas a las necesidades del alumno. La hora se pasa volando y uno siente que poco a poco habla, lee y escribe mejor. Explica muy bien la gramática, que es quizá lo más difícil en alemán, y además habla muy buen castellano, por lo que puede resolver fácilmente cualquier duda.
