Sobre Jason
I’m a Cambridge CELTA-certified English teacher originally from the United States. I practiced law in the US for nearly 15 years before moving to Spain in early 2026. I now teach English with the same dedication I had for my clients in the courtroom. My professional experience—paired with advanced degrees in both law and peace and conflict studies—has given me a deep appreciation for the precision and power of the English language. I bring that with me into the classroom, and I thrive on seeing my students grow into confident, expert English users.

I welcome adult learners at all levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. Lessons are structured and focus on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. My teaching approach is immersive—lessons are 100% in English—because I believe this is the fastest path to fluency. I work hard to create a supportive environment for students through my patient and attentive personality. I teach from the perspective of US English, including its pronunciation, idioms, and cultural aspects. I also specialize in teaching business and legal English to intermediate and advanced students who are pursuing work-related goals in the United States.
As someone learning a second language, I understand the joys and struggles of language learning. Actualmente hablo español con un nivel B2. Si eres principiante, estoy emocionado para ayudarte a aprender inglés estadounidense. ¿No sabes ninguna palabra de inglés? No hay problema. Mis clases de principiante siguen un programa estructurado, así que avanzarás rápidamente con facilidad. Usaremos un poco de español cuando sea absolutamente necesario, y hablarás en inglés en tu primera clase. Después de un corto tiempo, tus clases serán completamente en inglés.
