I believe that Jasiel is a good professor because of his expertise in his field and his overall good nature. He is extremely patient and understanding and always willing to go beyond the classroom to help his students. Often times we met him outside of class to discuss issues, prepare for exams, or just to see the city. He was always willing to put his personal endeavors aside for our progress. Also, when I needed a place to stay upon arrival, Jasiel, without knowing me, helping me look for a place and even explained the contract so that I felt comfortable. In my class there were students from all around the world who he treated equally and with respect regardless of their backgrounds, age, gender etc. By the end of the class, not only had we learned a great deal, but we had gained a great friend in Jasiel.
