• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  I impart knowledge on speaking, writing, and understanding of the Spanish Language. Being a polyglot myself, as I expanded my skills to foreign languages, I found Spanish to be a language that is spoken by a really wide population in the world. Being able to know more about the culture and tradition of another continent made me more interested in learning this beautiful language.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  The Spanish language is a true beauty. It also opens a plethora of opportunities to study, work or travel to several parts of the world. Some of the best universities are present in Spain and Latin America. I wanted to empower more people to tap into this world of opportunity by learning the Spanish language. This motivated me to explore my passion for teaching and impart all the knowledge that I have acquired to my students and see them soaring to great heights.

• How does your work help society?

  More students desirous of learning the language can do so now, at affordable rates and in a fun-filled manner.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  My Biology teacher in the school has been a role model for me in how an ideal teacher should be. She not just imparted knowledge to us, but molded us into good human beings, with morals and values. Each and every of her student still talks to her and visits her even though they have grown up and settled down with fancy jobs in different parts of the world.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  I write a lot, both in English and Spanish. I periodically publish articles on famous blogs and write content for organizations. Apart from this, I am also an author and write books on various themes.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  I started out with zero knowledge of Spanish. But I put my heart and soul into learning, practicing in every free moment I would get outside of my working hours and daily routine. In less than 3 years, I have achieved one of the highest certifications and managed to publish a book in Spanish, currently selling on Amazon.
