Sobre Tara
My name is Tara. I am 20 years old, from London, and currently studying Dentistry at university in Madrid. Growing up, I had a Spanish tutor who completely changed the way I saw language learning. Instead of memorising lists or reading dictionaries, she made the language come alive through conversation, stories, and real situations. That experience gave me a deep passion for languages and inspired me to pass on the same approach to others. Now I use my holidays to teach English to students who already know the basics but want to feel more confident, improve their accent, or need support with their studies. I bring patience, structure, and energy to every class. My background in hospitality means I connect easily with people from all walks of life, creating a relaxed but professional environment where students feel safe to speak and make progress.

I teach English in a way that feels natural and practical. My classes are tailored to your needs, approachable and supportive, always real with everyday situations, and fully adaptable to your level. What makes me a good teacher is the way I balance patience with energy. I listen carefully, correct mistakes kindly but clearly, and make sure every class leaves you more confident than when you started. Having worked in hospitality, I am used to dealing with people from all backgrounds, which makes me friendly, adaptable and skilled at creating a relaxed atmosphere where students feel comfortable speaking. I work best with learners who already know the basics of English but want to improve fluency, accent, homework skills, or simply confidence in conversation. A typical lesson mixes relaxed speaking practice with targeted grammar or vocabulary, plus instant feedback you can apply right away.
