Sobre Elise
I have been practising yoga for over ten years and have benefitted from many different teachers and styles. Certified by Yoga Alliance UK and US, I completed my 200hr yoga teacher training in India last year.
I have had the opportunity to teach on retreats in Italy, Wales and Morocco. I was teaching regular classes in the UK before moving to Valencia in February.

I aim to create a friendly and inviting environment for anyone interested in practising yoga. You could be a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, whatever your experience, you are welcome. I trained as a Hatha yoga teacher and I like to fuse slow flow into my teaching. Having taught all ages and abilities, expect a warm, welcoming environment, and a strong focus on breath and alignment.
