My name is Karina,
I have been working in schools for 23 years and, in all this time, what I have appreciated most has been working together with my different colleagues, all in the same direction.
I highlight my capacity for dialogue, patience and empathy. I have learned a lot of thanks to my students, who have been able to adapt to the new times and have shown me how to renew oneself. I consider myself a dynamic, adaptable, responsible, and organized person, with an aptitude for teamwork and group dynamics.
I have had the opportunity to develop in different professional areas, and work with different methodologies to favor the teaching-learning process of students. It is wonderful to see how your students grow in all areas of their life, and it is thanks to our work as teachers.
In this process, I have also been able to discover my passion for training professionals and collaboration in coordination roles.
