Sobre JOSÉ MARÍA
I am a young engineer who has always had a passion for travelling, languages and cultures, most likely inherited from my Mom, who is an English teacher!
Despite pursuing a career in environmental engineering, I have kept my habit of teaching during both my study and working periods. For many years now, I have been teaching Maths, Physics, Chemistry and English during my time in Spain, and I have taught Spanish when living abroad. At the moment, I would like to apply this experience to teaching my beautiful language here in Spain, thus completing the part-time job that I am currently doing. I will be available the whole summer and autumn, be it online or in any part of Madrid, ideally close to Pozuelo de Alarcón or Aravaca.
I have experience with students of different ages, from 7 to adulthood. As for my working methods, I am an adaptative teacher who tries to adapt the content of the lessons to the interests of the students in order to get maximal learning, merging relevant grammar and vocabulary content with games and cultural topics. My experience also includes a wide range of levels, from basic to advanced.

In my teaching periods, I was lucky enough to teach students of all ages and levels.
Thus, I consider myself an adaptative teacher with lots of varied resources, including relevant grammar and vocabulary content, interactive games and activities and cultural content. My goal is to have the students enjoy the learning process in order to maximize learning, and I am pretty aware that different students may present different needs and difficulties or facilities, especially when learning a foreign language.
