I had a great time at Josefa’s yoga class! She's amazing at balancing different levels. I was a bit nervous since I hadn't done yoga in a while, but she made sure everyone could go at their own pace. Those who wanted a challenge got one, and I could ease back into it without feeling out of place. Really enjoyed it and felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Josefa as an exceptional yoga teacher in a 1:1 and group capacity.

During a challenging time in my life, Josefa provided immense support through her personalised yoga sessions, assessing each session with how I was physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. Her deep understanding of yoga, meditation and empathy, allowed her to tailor each session to meet my needs which was an invaluable and unforgettable experience.

Through Josefa's guidance, I found moments of rest whilst building resilience which allowed healing my mind and body. Her compassionate approach and expertise have made a significant difference in my yoga journey and beyond.

I am incredibly grateful for Josefa's support and highly endorse her services to anyone seeking a dedicated and empathetic yoga teacher.
