Paula was attentive, proactive, and helpful right from the get go. I like the fact that she keeps the communication channel ongoing even during 'off/down' time. This made me register to her services right away. Paula is resourceful and uses omni-methods to support her students; articles, videos, live Q&A, etc. I find her tutoring style sustainable and exciting. Haven't touched down on boring ground yet! She is happy to elaborate and explain, even if questions asked are not directly related to learning language. For instance, I learnt from Paula about a Latin American carnival that takes place in the beginning of Summer. This helps build rapport. Happy to have Paula as my tutor!
