Hey, I’m Robert!
I’m a friendly and easy-going English tutor with around two years of teaching experience. I like keeping things relaxed and natural — I want you to feel like you’re having a good conversation, not sitting through another boring class.
I speak English and Russian fluently, and I really enjoy meeting people from different countries and backgrounds. I’m naturally quite social, so getting to know my students and finding things we actually enjoy talking about is one of my favourite parts of teaching.
Outside of teaching, I’m into travelling, sports, technology, movies and discovering new places. So whether we’re talking about your weekend, travelling somewhere new or something completely random, we’ll always find something to talk about.
I’m relaxed and patient, so don’t worry about making mistakes or getting stuck on a word. We’ll figure it out and keep going.
If you want to improve your English while actually enjoying the process, I think we’ll get along pretty well!

My lessons are all about making English feel natural, useful and enjoyable. I focus mainly on real conversation because I believe the best way to become confident in English is to actually speak it.
A typical lesson starts with a relaxed conversation, followed by activities based on your personal goals. We can work on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, everyday expressions and common mistakes. Instead of interrupting you every few seconds, I’ll let the conversation flow and explain corrections clearly when needed.
I adapt every lesson to the student. If speaking is your biggest challenge, we’ll talk more. If you struggle with grammar or pronunciation, we’ll spend more time improving those areas.
My classes are especially suitable for teenagers and adults who already know some English but want to become more confident and natural speakers. Beginners are welcome too!
Most importantly, there’s no pressure to be perfect. Ask questions, make mistakes and take your time — my job is to help you improve while keeping the lessons comfortable, practical and interesting.
