Sobre Sophia Leslie
I questioned sociocultural beliefs and God since little, and so spirituality has been part of my life since then. Yoga and Tantra gave me answers and tools to integrate metaphysics, daily life and relationships, embracing life as the purest Divine Expression. It helped me to understand who I am, and changed radically the way that I approach life and connect with myself and others.
I am Brazilian who spent years studying Tantra in Thailand and India, undergoing intense practices, and receiving many initiations. A certificated Tantra instructor, Hatha & Tantra Yoga Teacher, and now getting certified as a Sex, Love & Relationships couch by The Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality.
My intensive training is firmly based on the traditional Tantric teachings of India and Tibet mixed with the modern teachings of sexology and psychology. The journey on the Tantric path brought me immense transformations in different levels of being: physically, energetically, emotionally and mentally.
To name just a few, I had done extensive vāma-mārga, dákshina-marga and Mahavidya sadhanas, as multiple Vipassana, Hridaya and dark room retreats. Currently I have a daily sadhana passed to me by Guruji Rajkumar Baswar (Shivoham Tantra). Taoism, Sufism, Vedanta and names like Christopher Wallis, Esther Perel, Mooji and Gabor Maté are other inspiration resources to me.

Tantra helps you to become the best version of yourself, to have better relationships and to become an amazing lover, who has mind blowing experiences.
We will explore the didactic part of Tantra and embody those teachings through exercises in class and for you to practice at home. We can follow the basic program bellow, where each module has 3 hours each, or we can design a program based on your needs and where you are at.
If you want to open up for life, to explore that ‘something more’ in your sexuality, work in that part that might seem broke within you, develop your self-knowledge and go deep in the relationships you engage (family, friends, partner), I CAN HELP YOU.
