Sobre Darina
My name is Darina, and I’m a Cambridge CELTA-certified English teacher. I’m originally from Kazakhstan and I have lived in different countries, so I understand how important it is to feel comfortable when speaking another language.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about different cultures, and I bring this into my lessons. I’m friendly, patient and I always try to make my students feel comfortable speaking, even when they make mistakes.
I believe that learning English should be interesting, useful and connected to real life. I want my students to leave each lesson feeling more confident and ready to use English in the real world.

My lessons are focused on helping you speak English with more confidence. I believe that learning English should be useful and connected to real life, so we will spend a lot of time speaking and using the language.
I am a Cambridge CELTA-certified English teacher and I adapt my lessons to your level and your goals. We can work on everyday English, speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, or English for work.
A typical lesson can include a short conversation, learning useful words and phrases, and then using them in a real-life situation. For example, we might practise having a conversation at work, travelling, meeting new people, or talking about your interests.
My goal is simple: I want you to feel comfortable using English outside the classroom, not just completing exercises in a book.
