Do you want to learn english in a fun and productive environment? Then you have just found yourself the perfect teacher.
I am a native english speaker, 27 years old from New Zealand and I have the ability to create fun and engaging lessons tht stimulate your mind and allow you the opportunity to learn new vocabulary and lexical chunks and then put them to use with real life scenarios and situations such as role play, games, creative activities and more.
My background is working in accounting, working with children and being a tutor at my univeristy and with my colleges. Therefore, I can help you with professional english, casual english, standard english and I can assist with job applications, university exam help and help you with typical english sentences and grammar.

My greatest skill as an English teacher is simplifying the teaching process in order to maximise student learnings.
I have the ability to break things down to explain in a simple process so that the students can learn without being confused by overcomplications of language use.
I have experience teaching levels A1, A2, B1 and B2: adults and children.
My classes are tailored to the individuals needs, whether that is having conversations, creating specific lesson plans for certain areas the student wants to work on and specific topics. It is very important to me that my lessons touch on areas that the student wants to focus on or needs to learn more about.
A typical lesson plan would involve a fun introduction to the lesson, exposure to the target language in context, further explantion of the target language in context (including pronunciation drilling and other useful language) and end with a fun activity using the target language learnt such as board games, roll playing, creating posters or maps or directions etc.
Having fun in a lesson is key to confidence in using the language and that is something that I always strive for with my lessons.
