Sobre Mirela
The need for connection with myself and to calm my mind coming from an accelerated lifestyle made me start the practice of hatha yoga classes. I decided to share and live from and by all that yoga has given me: my experiences, self-inquiry, connection with body and breath, and also the teaching part and how it allows me to learn from others, ignites me to keep my devotion to the practice.

My classes are focused on working in series on each part of the body, fluidly and following intensity and calm, a way I have found as a yoga teacher to understand yoga, integral and completely in the body and life of the practitioners, including me.
