-Yoga for spinal health classes focusing more on posture and conscious movement of the spine.
-Introduction to Hatha Yoga workshops.
I build up my classes to be appropriate for practicians with different levels and putting emphasis on the harmony of mind-body and soul. My motivation is to provide enjoyable classes while helping participants on their journey meeting techniques, building awareness, and opening doors to all the benefits that yoga can bring into our lives. I am passionate to share my knowledge and my love for yoga and I feel fulfilled after a class seeing the practitioners feeling recharged.
