I am a qualified coach with ten years of work experience, and I have also been a competitor in both armlifting and body fitness. I have studied fitness, bodybuilding, group training as well as guidance and methodology of personal training. When you train with me, you can be sure of the technique, efficiency and safety of the programs and exercises. In addition, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Health Promotion degree at the Tallinn Health Care College, as health and learning are vital to me. Therefore, I believe that I can help you reach your goals, feel better and reach your full potential through conscious movement and a healthy lifestyle.
