I am an experienced educator and senior HR professional with many years of experience working with people, developing talent, conducting interviews, supporting careers and helping individuals grow in confidence.

My background allows me to bring much more than English language practice into my lessons. I understand how important communication is in the workplace, in interviews, in meetings and in everyday professional life.

I am patient, encouraging and professional, and I create a comfortable environment where students can practise speaking English without feeling nervous about making mistakes.

My approach is practical and personalised. I take time to understand each student's goals and adapt the lessons accordingly, whether you want to improve your general conversation, prepare for a job interview, communicate more confidently at work or feel more comfortable speaking English in international situations.

I believe that confidence is just as important as grammar. My aim is to help you express yourself clearly, naturally and professionally so that you can use English with greater confidence in real life situations.

I take every student's progress seriously and prepare my lessons carefully so that our time together is useful, focused and relevant to your goals.

My lessons are practical, supportive and focused on helping you use English confidently in real life situations.

I have a background in education as well as many years of senior HR and business experience, so I understand that learning English is not only about grammar and vocabulary. It is about being able to communicate clearly and confidently when it matters.

I tailor each lesson to the individual student, their level of English and their personal or professional goals.

My teaching method focuses on conversation, practical exercises, role play and real world situations. We may practise a job interview, prepare for an important meeting, work on a presentation, improve professional emails or simply have guided conversations to build fluency and confidence.

A typical lesson may include:

• A short conversation to help you start thinking and speaking in English
• Vocabulary and expressions connected to your goals
• Speaking and pronunciation practice
• A practical exercise, such as a mock interview, meeting or workplace conversation
• Gentle correction and feedback throughout the lesson
• Practical tips and exercises you can use between sessions

I create a relaxed environment where students can make mistakes without feeling embarrassed or judged. My goal is to help you speak more naturally and confidently, rather than worrying about being perfect.

My lessons are particularly suitable for adults and professionals who:

• Understand English but lack confidence speaking it
• Need English for work or international business
• Are preparing for an English job interview
• Want to communicate more confidently in meetings and presentations
• Need help with professional vocabulary and workplace communication
• Want to improve conversational English and fluency

I particularly enjoy working with intermediate and advanced learners who already have some knowledge of English but want to become more confident using it in everyday and professional situations.

Every student has different goals, so I adapt the lessons to what you actually need rather than following the same programme for everyone.
