Is swimming new to you or your children? Then I can help you get started by creating lessons adjusted to your level and needs.
Are you already practicing swimming? And do you need help improving your technique, speed, or distance? Then I'm here to help you reach your goals.
I have 13 years of experience and a lot of knowledge about swimming and how to make both children and grown-ups improve while having fun.

Hello, my name is Sissel and I am a certified swim instructor (Certified by the Danish Swim Union). I have many years of experience teaching grown-ups and children - both beginner, advanced and competitive. I teach in English.
I can teach private classes and group classes.
My focus is balance, breathing, technique and becoming comfortable with the water. If you are training for a race I can help you reach your goal.
When I teach children I focus on making the class fun and with a lot of different exercises that help children become more comfortable in a new element.
