Sobre Marah
Cooking is my passion. If you want to learn the classics of Arabic/Mediterranean dishes (I am born and raised in Jordan!!) look no further! I have learnt by doing over and over what works and what does not, what suits some but not the others. Over the years I have perfected these dishes and developed my own secrets and tricks, which I will also be sharing with you during our discussions and applications! By the end of the day you will surely have something yummy sitting on your table!

Cooking is a family tradition and a heritage for me. I will teach you essential Arabic and Mediterranean dishes the way they have been originally made without extras that spoil the original spirit of the dish. My philosophy is about making wonders with the right amounts and timing of basic ingredients. A typical class of mine would start with the cultural context of the dish of interest, and a brief discussion of its nutritional content. After ensuring you have the necessary ingredients and tools (we can always work out alternatives and economic means should the need arise) we will move together step by step to make the perfect dish from A to Z. I make sure that the communication goes both ways and that any questions you could have are answered! Don't hesitate to get in touch if you need further information!
