Hi to whoever is reading:))) My name is Laia as you may have already read!
I'm a native Spanish and therefore I'm a Spanish, Catalan and English speaker. I am a uni student currently living in Barcelona, Spain and I love meeting new people and having interesting conversations!
I have worked as an English and Spanish teacher before, and I really enjoyed it! I'm very excited to start this journey as an online teacher:)))
The main goal of my classes is that the student feels comfortable enough as if they were learning Spanish with one of their friends. I would love for them to enjoy the sessions and not see it as a "task" or "obligation".

Here is an example on how the class would look like.
1. As first, we would start off by having a little conversation about daily events, news, weekend plans etc.
2.The following activity will be based on vocabulary. Either a game or speaking activity.
3. Then we would read a text (depends on how good your level is and how comfortable you feel we'll go into something more complicated).
4. Lastly we'll listen to a spanish speaker and we'll discuss about it.
