I'm a hand-on teacher with an experience from Indea Yoga Institute, Mysore. Taking personal interest in each of my student's learning as well as growth,I aim to imbibe my 3 years of experience in my lessons. When we practise together...
My mission is to help students nurture their body, mind, and soul.
My vision is I want others to experience the gift that my yoga practice has given me – self love,inner happiness.
Let's combine spirituality, mindfulness and fun to get the best workout possible.I'm bringing yoga to you with strength training and flexibility.
