Sobre Matt
My name's Matt, I've been skating for 20 years and still doing it just as much as I did when I started. I moved to Barcelona 8 years ago for skateboarding and never left.
I run a project called The Daily Push ((información oculta) which focuses on bringing health and performance knowledge to the skate world.

I offer personal training sessions for skateboarders focused on building skate specific strength, stability, power, endurance and a bunch more physical and mental qualities that will help you skate and feel better on your board.
I also offer nutrition, recovery and lifestyle coaching to guarantee what you're doing off your board is powering your skating.
And also actual skate coaching where I help you learn different tricks either in person or through detailed video breakdowns and analysis.
