In my private practice, the main objective is to establish a collaborative and supportive relationship with my students to create a personalized life design in a safe and non-judgmental environment. This allows us to explore their concerns, values, goals, and desires, fostering authenticity, self-determination, self-fulfillment, and overall personal development. The ultimate purpose is to help individuals take responsibility for themselves and promote their emotional and mental well-being by learning and adapting to Spanish language.

As a Social Psychologist collaborating with various institutions such as the Integral Development of the Family (DIF), the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH), and the University of Sciences and Administration (UCAD), my work focuses on humanistic psychotherapy and discourse analysis. Throughout my career, I have developed creative training programs both in the public and private sectors. Teaching Spanish and English has been an amazing tool to increment social and personal skills for all of my students.
