Sobre Afroditi
I’m Afroditi, a 200hour certified yoga teacher trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga.
For me, yoga is the union of body, mind, and soul. In my classes, what matters most isn’t achieving the “perfect” posture, but learning to truly feel each asana and experience the benefits of the practice.
I believe yoga is about listening to your body, moving with awareness, and finding what feels right for you, rather than forcing yourself into a shape. 🤍

Every class begins with mindfulness practices to reconnect with the body and mind and bring our attention back to the present moment.
We then move into pranayama (breathwork) to calm and focus the mind, before flowing into our asana practice.
Each class is an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself, and move with intention while strengthening your body, mind and soul. 🤍
