Sobre Irene
I have been practicing yoga for more than 5 years. I got my yoga teavher certificate in Rishikesh, India. Since then I have been giding other people through out their yoga path. I truly enjoy sharing yoga with others and being able to help them getting a full knowledge of what is yoga is my passion.

I practice 3 styles of yoga mainly, Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga. During my days in India I learnt not only the movement part of yoga but also the phylosophy behind it. I focus in strenght, flexibility and balance when teaching yoga.
